Corporate meetings
The Texas 4-H Conference Center offers conference facilities for retreats and seminars for modern day executives. There are six meeting rooms that can accomodate from 10 to 300 people, an auditorium with stage and sound system, breakout rooms, a covered patio and Lakeside Pavilion.
Meeting facilities are well equipped with a videoconference connection to any group requesting it. The videoconference unit is a Polycom View Station 128, capable of connecting using the H.323 videoconferencing standard directly to any compatible equipment on the internet. Wireless internet and a T1 line provide internet connectivity in all meeting rooms, at no additional charge.
Other services that are available include audio-visual equipment, an online computer lab (5 computers), copy services and fax
. 
The Leadership Lodge feature 24 rooms furnished with two double beds, bath, satellite television and access to wireless internet (no additional charge).
Family Reunions
The Texas 4-H Conference Center is a great place for families to hold a reunion. The Leadership Lodge or the Lakeside Pavilion can be used for this purpose. The Pavilion has 24 twin size beds, a meeting/dining room, and industrial kitchen, bathrooms with showers, and outdoor covered picnic area and charcoal grills. Dormitories are available to rent, each is furnished with twenty-six twin beds, shower and restroom facilities and a conference area. All dormitories have central air conditioning and heating; wheelchair accessible facilties are available. 
Company Picnics
We accommodate groups of up to 250 people on our 78 acres of lush woodlands overlooking Lake Brownwood.
