Texas 4-H CONFERENCE CENTER

Let us host your next corporate retreat. Lodging, meals, recreation -- we can do it all!

The Texas 4-H Conference Center offers ten meeting rooms that can accommodate 10 to 300 people. Rooms can be arranged in auditorium, classroom, or a variety of other styles to fit your needs. Meeting rooms include an auditorium with stage and sound system, break out rooms, covered patio and lakeside pavilion.

Other services that are available include audio-visual equipment, an online computer lab (5 computers), copy services, and fax. Internet access is also available in most meeting rooms, including the Leadership Lodge (no extra charge). We can also provide a videoconference connection via a Polycom ViewStation 128.

LEADERSHIP LODGE

The Leadership Lodge is a hotel-type facility with 24 semi-private rooms, four of which are wheelchair accessible, surrounding a central meeting room. A large conference area with a big screen television, fireplace, piano and several sitting areas provides a relaxing and informal setting for a variety of activities. The hospitality area is furnished with full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and sink. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Brownwood from the spacious deck.

 

 

The Lodge conference room can accomodate small conferences, break out sessions, receptions, informal gatherings, small banquets and much more!

LAKESIDE PAVILION

The Lakeside Pavilion is used primarily for family reunions (but certainly not limited to that type of event!). The Pavilion has 24 twin beds, a meeting/dining room, commercial kitchen, bathrooms with showers, and outdoor covered picnic area and charcoal grills. A fishing peir and boat dock are available. Groups may also rent canoes or bring their own waterfront entertainment (boats, jet skis, etc!). A boat ramp is just a few miles from the Center.

DORMITORIES

The Texas 4-H Conference Center has ten dormitories that can house up to 260 participants. Each dormitory consists of two bedrooms furnished with 13 twin beds each. A common meeting area provides for informal gatherings. All the dorms have central heat and air, large shower and dressing areas. Linens are provided for most groups. Wheelchair accessible dorms are available.
